Die Sorten waren alle vier zu sauer und sind nach dem Schütteln 'explodiert' beim Öffnen, als ob Kohlensäure im Getränk wäre.
Für mich war es nicht trinkbar.

Hallo Nele,
eine feine Säure haben unsere Cold Brews, da diese ein natürlicher Teil der Kaffeebohne ist. Kaffeebohnen bzw. Kaffees ohne Säure gibt es nicht. Das ist aber auch gut so. Ohne Säure würde unsere tägliche Tasse Kaffee ganz anders schmecken. Die einen mögen es, jedoch machen wir auch die Erfahrung, dass viele diese feine Säure gar nicht gewöhnt sind bzw. nicht kennen und ablehnen. Mit viel Milch und Zucker werden diese Säurearomen übertönt.
Wir nehmen das Feedback von Dir aber ernst und werden in der nächsten Charge daran arbeiten.
Wenn Du uns eine zweite Chance geben möchtest, schicken wir Dir kostenfrei ein neues Probierpaket von der neuen Charge für den deutschen Markt Anfang nächsten Jahres zu. Wir merken, dass der deutsche Markt sehr empfindlich auf Säure reagiert und werden daher die Rezeptur anpassen.
Zuletzt: Kohlensäure ist in dem Produkt nicht enthalten. Die Dosen werden mit flüssigem Stickstoff verschlossen, welches beim Erwärmen sich ausdehnt, damit die Dose formstabil bleibt. Zu viel schütteln kann die Dose 'explodieren' lassen - das kennen wir auch von kohlensäurehaltigen Getränken in der Dose oder Plastikflasche.

Mir haben alle Sorten mega gut gefallen, vor allem aber Vanille und Mokka, weil das nicht die Standard Süßgetränke sind, die man von anderen Kaffeemarken kennt. Mega geil!
