Subcriptions 101: How They Work

Subscriptions are a convenient way to have your favourite coffee drinks by COFFRIGO automatically delivered to your doorstep. Once you sign up for the subscription, you select your monthly delivery interval and your credit card will be charged accordingly. For the monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged each month and the products will be delivered to your doorstep without the need for you to place the order manually.

Managing Your Subscription

You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. However, please note your subscription have a minimum number
of two payments required before cancellation. You can access the customer portal through the link provided in the email you received when you first placed your subscription order, or by creating an account on the shop's website.

Need to Skip or Reschedule a Charge? No Problem!

You can easily skip or reschedule a charge through the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a "Skip Payment" button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. To reschedule a charge, simply click on the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

Adding More Products to Your Subscription

You can also add additional products to your subscription through the customer portal by clicking on the "Edit" button in the products card. This will allow you to edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.

What to Do if a Payment Can't be Processed

In the event that a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to update your payment method safely. This ensures that your subscription can be renewed without interruption.
